IMPORTANT STEPS TO APPLY FOR RE-EVALUATION
To apply for Re-Evaluation
- Go to Re-Evaluation section
- Enter your Details and Login.
- Read the Instructions carefully given in "Blue or Red Font" and "Apply Re-evaluation"..
- Check Your Email and Phone Number Carefully to get status of your fee status.
- Select the subject for which you want to apply Re-Evaluation and click "CALCULATE AND CONTINUE".
- Verify Number of subjects and fees accordingly. If they are correct, then Select Payment Method.
- Be ensure that all the particulars/subjects in which you are applying re-evaluation are correct.
Request of any alternation/cancellation will not be considered under any circumstances. Request to Withdrawal re-evaluation will be considered as per Panjab University Rules.
- Read Declaration Carefully and Check the box, if you agree. Click On Submit button and you will get a "Challan" for your selected payment method.
- Go to Post Office and pay for it. You will get SMS or Email for your fees verification within next 48-72 hours.
If you paid your re-evaluation fee online and if it is not successfully verified, then re-login, select case id and click on Fee Payment/Confirmation button.
Steps for Re-printing of challan
- Go to Re-Evaluation section and Click on Login
- Enter your Login Details and click on Login In button.
- Click on "Re-print Challan".
- Select the case for which you want to Re-print challan.
- Verify Amount and Select Payment Method.
- Click on "Print Challan" button.
Steps for Fees Verification
- Go to Re-Evaluation section and Click on Login
- Enter your Login Details and click on Login In button.
- Click on "Check Fees Status".
- Select Case for which you want to verify your Fee Status.
- It will automatically show your fees status.
Cancellation of Re-evaluation
Note:Re-evaluation will be cancelled only if the answer book has not been processed but the refund of fee for Re-evaluation in such cases shall not be allowed.
- To make any changes before fees payment, please visit Re-evaluation Branch.

IMPORTANT NOTE
- The students can apply within 15 days of date of declaration of result under Semester System.
- The candidates must check the post office slip while submitting the fee.
The application number printed on the challan and the Post Office receipt must be same. The re-evaluation branch is not responsible for any discrepancy and delay.
- If fee(s) is not confirmed in 5 working days from the date of submission of fee(s),
the candidate must contact the Re-evaluation Branch.
- DMC and other document are need not be uploaded.
- DMC will be submitted in case of revision of result.
